Junior Equity Trader

• Deliver market color, trading activity updates, and research insights to institutional clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients, traders, sales teams, and research analysts.
• Present investment ideas and execute client orders efficiently.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships while onboarding new institutional clients.
• Support business development initiatives by increasing client engagement and trading activity.
• Participate in daily morning meetings, market briefings, and strategic discussions.
• Provide manual dealing and trade execution support as required.

• Solid understanding of equity sales and trading across the UAE and GCC markets.
• 2–3 years of experience in equity trading, preferably with a regional brokerage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Highly proactive, accountable, and self-motivated.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UAE, GCC, and MENA equity markets.

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree and/or CFA designation is preferred.
• Prior experience in UAE and GCC markets is highly desirable.
• Must obtain and maintain all required regulatory licenses.
