Junior Sales Trader

• Provide clients with market color and insights, including updates on sales, trading activity, research developments, and relevant news flow.
• Maintain close coordination with clients, traders, sales teams, and the research department to ensure seamless information flow and collaboration.
• Present investment ideas and relevant market opportunities to clients and facilitate order execution as required.
• Develop and onboard new client relationships while actively expanding the client base.
• Increase trading activity and business flow from existing clients.
• Participate in daily morning meetings and market briefings.
• Provide manual dealing support to other traders when required.

• Thorough understanding of equity sales and trading across the UAE and GCC markets.
• Strong work ethic and a high level of ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and genuine enthusiasm for financial markets.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently when required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in equity sales or trading with a regional brokerage firm.
• Strong knowledge of UAE equity markets and market dynamics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISI or equivalent are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in a client-facing trading or sales role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Refinitiv Eikon is preferred.
