Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences in the financial services industry? We’re looking for a Arabic native speaker to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll play a key role in managing trading account operations and supporting our valued clients across ADX and DFM markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end trading account openings (Normal, Margin, Derivatives) and ensure complete, compliant documentation.
• Process client information updates, including IBAN details, with full regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate share transfers, family transfers, and balance reports across ADX/DFM platforms.
• Provide support for E-Trade and Mobile Trading services, including onboarding and credentials setup.
• Assist clients with fund transfers, account statements, and general inquiries.
• Address client complaints with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations) to improve service workflows.
What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of client servicing experience in the financial or brokerage industry.
• Strong familiarity with trading platforms, ADX/DFM procedures, and compliance standards.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• A solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
