We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Institutional Sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of equity markets in the UAE, GCC, and MENA regions, with a strong track record of building and managing institutional client relationships.
This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to client engagement, investment advisory, and revenue generation, while working collaboratively with internal trading and research teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver market insights, trading color, and research-driven recommendations to institutional clients
- Build strong relationships with clients' traders, investment managers, and research analysts
- Present investment opportunities aligned with client objectives
- Expand the institutional client base and grow existing client accounts
- Contribute to the firm's revenue growth by increasing client trading activity
- Participate in internal morning meetings and strategic discussions
- Provide manual dealing support for institutional trades as needed
Required Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of institutional equity sales and trading within the UAE/GCC/MENA region
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus
- Proven experience working with institutional clients in the region (8–10 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of regional equities and market dynamics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA designation preferred)
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain required financial market licenses
- Experience covering emerging markets is highly desirable
